If you have not used the submission form, you must tranform your text file into a binary file with the first option of NetMul main menu (TextToBin). You can then perform a Principal Component Analysis (PCA), a Correspondence Analysis (COA) or a Multiple Correspondence Analysis (MCA), or several interpretation helps (inertia analysis, data reconstitution and residuals, additional elements).
The row scores are stored in a file with a ".xxli" extension. For example, the row scores of the PCA of file "data" are stored in file "data.cnli". The first two characters of the extension (xx) vary according to the method used. They are equal to "cn" for PCA on correlation matrix, "cp" for PCA on covariance matrix, "fc" for CA, and "cm" for MCA. So, the row scores of the CA of file "data" are stored in file "data.fcli". The column scores are stored in a file with a ".xxco" extension.
All the output files are generated in the /pub/ADE-User/data directory, and you can retrieve them by anonymous FTP. You must transform these files from binary format to text format before retrieving them. The binary files are in standard IEEE 4 bytes (single presision) floating point format, and text files are tab separated.
