ACTION OF TERPENOL ON THE RESISTANCE OF RODENTS AS ORGANISM DURING STRESSES.

During scattering of marmot's colony and other smol number of animals in different conditions of inhabitation often make questions how decrease the stressing act, connected with transportation, short the adaptation period and increase the resistance of organism. Hence from that depends the success of every operation of acclimatization. Using of hormonal medicaments and ergotropics for this purpose not entirely justified, since a lot of them shows side effects and effective only by injecting intramuscular and intravenous, which themselves called considerable stress. There for in these conditions natural stimulators would be advised, showed their effect by mixing them in corm and water.

We have know the action of natural regulator of growth and action of Terpenol on immunocompetent organs of rats. Why should we rather take, that either and terpenes oil of pine trees are being used since long for the treatment of eczema, lichen, rheumatism and diseases of respiratory tract, in perfumery and acts as a growth stimulator for plants and animals.

The concentration of Terpenol is 1 g/l during its addition in water for perscribing animals and subcequently research of aminocontaining structures of thymus and spleen in experimental rats after 10, 20, 30 and 40 days, by the help of histochemical methods of Falk and Cross, discovered surly increasment of serotonin, histamine and mainly catecholamines in premedullar, subcapsular and mast cells of thymus, interfollicular cells, border macrophages of red pulps, in T-depending zone of spleen (to 150-200%) on 105th, 205th and 305th day of experiment. Parallel colouring of sections of thymus by other histochemmical methods showed increasement of the quantity of macrophage cells, mast cells in cortico-medullar zone, which releated to cells of APUD-series. Stable increasement of concentration of catecholamines differentiate from them, which is discovered in stressed conditions, increasement of luminescence structures in thymus and spleen we could supposed it as incresement of functional ability of central and peripheral organs of immunity system.

Parallel measurement of quantity of acetylcholine and acetylcholinesterase during there periods in heart, spleen, lungs, liver, kidneys of rats in the same way it testities about the increasement of adaptional possibility of organism. At the 405th day of experiment content of bioamines comes near to the level as in control group of animals. Levels of acetylcholine and cholinesterase in the same way not differentiate from the level of control group of animals.

In this way, we may conclude, that Terpenol shows stimulating action on central and peripherals organ of immunity and may used for the practice of scattering marmot's colony in new geographical and ecological conditions of inhabitation.
